We are confident you will love what you have bought from Dandelion Designs but if not our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you would like to return something to us please call or email and we will discuss the best process to go about returning the goods and processing the refund (if applicable).
Please note: Downloadable products are non refundable. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
