Here it is at last and we don't have to tell you how what a wonderful gift this will make! Iron-on transfer included, which can be used up to six times depending on the fabric used.

The pattern includes instructions and the all important full-sized reusable iron on transfer which means you can make up to between 5-6 hearts from this one pattern!
