This is such a lovely apron to own, it has a really large front pocket for holding all the goodies you collect as you meander around the house and it has the added advantage that you can use it as a peg bag.

This has turned out to be such a pretty ditty. I made it in response to some lovely tea parties I was having, playing with my cake stands and vintage china, cup cakes, scones, tea pots and cosies, that I felt a need for a little table mat. Now I am not sure I can put a tea pot on this beauty but I shall have a try!!!!

This bunting can be any length, it will all depend on your finds while rummaging. If you are lucky enough to find one large embroidered cloth you will be able to make at least a couple of meter, if not small lengths are really very handy to scatter around the garden. The ric rac really makes it a bit different and adds the special touch.

I just love decorating my house at Christmas and never get wrapped up with all the expensive designer hype. I have a lovely collection of vintage paper decorations which are getting a bit tatty, so I came up with this lovely alternative that should last forever and forever and will give not only my kids great festive memories but all my millions of grandchildren to come!!!! It's easy to make so get cracking!

This is a nice, easy and fast little crazy quilt, that's great to bring out in the summer to brighten your room, or to use as a tablecloth. With the scraps left over I will also show you how to make some bunting and a quick cushion.

As cup cakes are so popular at the moment with Jamie Oliver and Nigella Lawson cooking them all over the place I thought that us sewers could not be without, so here we have it, a cup cake needle case, pin cushion and scissor keeper, great for using up all your scraps.!!!

A great project for Easter. A simple and easy wall hanging plus a recycled blanket bunny in an egg pouch, does that make sense? The bunnies are great fun to give instead of the usual chocolate Easter egg, well some of us think they are!

Oh I did have fun making these, we have a pincushion, (who has been in the sun too long, or the tea!) An angel glasses case, and a needle case with a cute heart pocket for a small pair of scissors. They are quick and fun to make, great for quilt fairs and presents (that's if you can bear to give them away.

This is a simple little wall hanging that has given my children so much pleasure at bedtime. I hang it on the wall near the pillow so that they can play with it. I even adapted the design and made it into a little house and then went one step further and made it into a Christmas advent calendar with twenty-four little beds. Do I ever sleep, I hear you cry, the answer is soundly. Once again this can be made out of lots of scraps, recycle your children's clothes, I used a gingham school uniform. You will be surprised at the wonderful memories your children or grandchildren will have when they find these things you make, in the bottom of an old drawer in years to come.. Finished size approx 19" x 15"
